Troubleshooting Common Issues

1. Suction Nozzle Blockage: If the suction nozzle becomes clogged with sand during operation, cease suction by switching off the device. Allow the sand to dislodge before resuming operation. 2. Filter Cup Disconnection: If the filter cup detaches during use, it may be a result of improper installation. Please refer to the installation manual or the instructional video for clarification.

3. Motor Activation in Air: If the motor is mistakenly turned on while in the air, suction will decrease significantly. To rectify this, fully submerge the motor in water for a minimum of half an hour to restore suction capability.

4. Decrease in Suction Power: This product utilizes vacuum pumping technology. Ensure that the motor is completely submerged in water before activating it. Turning it on while exposed to air may damage the motor.

5. Performance Issues After Initial Use: If the device operates successfully at first but falters after a few uses, remember to disassemble and clean the pump head after each use. Sand and gravel accumulation can impede functionality. Also, take care not to let the switch come into contact with water during operation.
