Troubleshooting Your Filter:

In case of Filter Malfunction: 1. Inspect the impeller for blockages. 2. Carefully remove the impeller using tweezers. 3. Clean the impeller and the chamber thoroughly. 4. Replace the impeller and manually rotate it to ensure it’s free-moving and primes the filter correctly.

Proper Fitting for Framed Tanks: Gently pull the intake tube to secure it on framed tanks. Note that it is not compatible with framed or frameless aquariums exceeding 0.4 inches in thickness.

Key Installation Notes:

• Always fill the filter with water before plugging it in to avoid running the pump dry.
• Water levels within the tank should not fall more than one inch below the aquarium's rim.

Addressing Priming Issues: Ensure that all parts are securely and correctly installed, and fill the water level in both the filter case and tank to the maximum. The flow control valve should also be firmly attached and set to maximum flow.

Resolving Loud Filter Operation: Adjust the leveling knob to minimize vibrations. Ensure air is not trapped in the filter and verify that the aquarium water level is adequate to avoid excessive splashing.
