EASY SETUP: Our sponge filters are among the easiest options to set up and use in your aquarium. Powered by air, they utilize an air pump connected to the sponge filter. As air rises through the filter, it creates a vacuum that draws water through the sponge, akin to the siphoning process. This means that the bubbling air stones you see in your aquarium could also serve as effective filters, contributing to oxygenation as they filter the water.
